We have been so lucky to get to spend a couple of days together as a team for our annual away days at the absolutely beautiful Pettistree House in Woodbridge.

There was a perfect balance of business updates, professional development and team wellbeing and reward.

We love having these opportunities to come together as a team – it really does invigorate and inspire us all.
