With all the uncertainly there is currently regarding the potential closure of schools and the coronavirus I thought it would be a good idea to set out our company approach to working with you should an imposed closure happen.
If schools are told to close but access is still allowed for business/office staff then we are more than happy to honour any visits we have booked and continue to work with you should our own staff availability permit. If this is not possible, all our consultants have the ability to access your systems remotely so that if the nature of the work allows, we can provide you with the support you need and complete any work off-site.
If none of the above is possible, and no other work around can be found then there will be the final option to cancel any visits and postpone any work and we will try our very best to reschedule in the future when schools have reopened. However, as I know you will appreciate this cannot be guaranteed at this stage as we do not know the extent of how the closure of schools would impact on our business.
Please be reassured though we will do everything we can to make sure we continue to provide you with the quality of service that you would expect from us.
